Hello all!!
Well, I spent most of Friday, and yesterday, getting my walls put up. My Aunt Monica, Aunt Mary, and Uncle Lucian helped me put the bulk of them up Friday. Let me tell you, I am glad I decided to not put a whole lot of outlets and switches in the shoppe, because cutting around them was a chore and a half!!! LOL!! And do not even get me started on the windows!!!! LOL!!!
Yesterday, I only had to put the rest of the screws in, to secure the boards to the wall. Today, I need to cut a few odd pieces, to finish out the walls, and they will be done…YAY!!!!
I then will spend some time vacuuming and sweeping the floors, getting them ready for tomorrow. The plan is as follows…stain the floors tomorrow, paint the walls Tuesday and Wednesday, arrange the fixtures and merchandise on Thursday and Friday, and with any luck, my first official day open will be Saturday. Now, keep in mind that all of this work has to be done in the evenings after I get home from my *day job* so, I am hoping it all goes as planned…for a change.
Not everything that needs to be done, will be done in time for the opening…but what needs to be done can be done as time allows. I am not going to sweat the small stuff for right now.

Well, that is about it for now. I will try to get some more pics up, just for curiosity sake, and will post directions later this week, in case anyone needs them. Again, if you would like to email before the end of the week, for directions, please feel free to.
Okay, am gonna get back to work!! I am getting excited about the shoppe being so close to opening. I can’t hardly believe it is finally this close!!!!
